The production of Ch\u00e2teau Beaus\u00e9jour J. Duffau-Lagarrosse grand vin takes place after a manual harvest, in which only the ripest grapes are selected. Vinification is painstakingly tailored to each vat, with subtle changes to our method based on their particularities, followed by a year-long maturation in Merrain oak barrels.<\/p>

“A wine of tremendous breadth and power. Virile and potent, the 2019 offers remarkable persistence and yet retains quite a bit of finesse. The tannins are there, but they are matched by the intensity of the fruit. This is one of the most impressive wines of the year in the early going.”<\/i><\/p>
